Assessment of maternal and fetal outcome in obstetric patients referred to tertiary care hospital

The study was conducted to know the maternal and fetal outcomes in women referred a tertiary care centre. Data collected for 150 cases health Centre 2021-2022, which included demographic characteristics, reasons referral, high risk factors, intervention done outcomes. It found that majority of were from Dewas district followed by Ujjain Mhow. Most patients ante-partum intrapartum period. Sixty seven needed surgical intervention. average hospital stay 7.37 days.
